Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information when it ships.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs.

Where we ship
We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@maximum-lamps.com before ordering.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@maximum-lamps.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Maximum Lamps is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
