How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do the lamps come with bulbs?
Unless the product page says a bulb or LED is included, bulbs are sold separately. Each product page lists the bulb type (for example E27 or E14) and maximum wattage. We recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K) for a cosy glow.
Do I need an electrician?
Table, desk and floor lamps simply plug in, and our cordless lamps just need charging. Pendant lights and wired wall lights should be installed by a qualified electrician.
Can I return a lamp?
Yes. If you are not happy, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
We pack every lamp carefully, but if something arrives damaged, email us at info@maximum-lamps.com within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
