Returns
We want you to love your lamp. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at info@maximum-lamps.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first asking will not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
- Light bulbs once removed from their packaging.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
